This acquisition significantly expands WPO's European presence and international provider network.
EAP Solutions, based in Dublin, currently provides services to more than 55,000 employees throughout the Republic of Ireland. The new entity, Employee Advisory Resource Ireland, will serve over 100,000 employee lives.

The acquisition of EAP Solutions follows the July 2006 acquisition of London-based, Employee Advisory Resource.
